I have received positive ELISA results on Strongyloides stercoralis and I need help in regards to the medication treatment in regards to this issue. I have used alebendazole as directed by ICU protocol for Ascaris by after the 3 round my liver enzymes were elevated and could not use them anymore.
So, I really do not know with what to proceed?
