Hi I read ur post and felt a connection with ur story because I am experiencing the same weird shit. I have this thread like crap n my hair that has destroyed my hair because this stuff wraps around chunks of my hair and causes horrible knotts that have to b cut out I dissected these knots and n the middle of it is some red looking thread and some r clear looks almost like plastic. I constantly use those tape lint rollers on my bed and theres always blacks specs on the tape from my Bed and I constantly have bumps and like lesions on my scalp. Whatever this shit is has ruined my life it's changed me from how I used to b. It has caused me to lose sooo much of my hair. I use to always get compliments on how beautiful my hair was and I mean all the time, now all I hear from friends that haven't seen me n a long time ask me What happened to ur hair it use to b so beautiful. It's the worst thing n the world to hear that crap, it has destroyed my self esteem and made me a total homebody I feel ugly my hair is all thin and broken off u don't realize how much older it makes a person look when you've lost about 80 percent of ur hair.The part that is devastating to me is from what iv read there's no cure, which means this will never end. This f****** bullshit will never stop wrapping around my hair making it break off so therefor my hair will never b able to grow out and get healthy again like it use to b. It's such a feeling of despair because there's no end to it. My mother has been going through the samething but I use to think she was crazy she would spend hours picking lint of her clothes and black specs until her fingers were raw. I thought she was losing her mind but now I know she's been right all along. And I don't understand y whatever this shit that's going on isn't a huge epidemic issue and y it's not on the news or y doctors don't have any idea or even ever heard about this when there r so many people suffering from same symptoms. I'v read that the government is responsible but to b honest I don't c this killing anyone from health issues, but it sure makes a person want to kill themselves. That's probably what it's supposed 2 do
