This one is dear to my heart and is what I have been doing for the last year and plan on proving in court which will hopefully bankrupt these criminals out of business once it's exposed. The banksters and "government" are stealing our homes again at record pace. And remember, housing is what the federal reserve has been investing in with their quantitative easing program. All these crooks want to own all the houses in the country and make us all renters in essence.

Bank repossessions rose a record 66% from last year according to this article. This is what caused the 2008 collapse and is still going on.

Most foreclosures are illegal and fraudulent since there is no legal person that you owe money to. And in my case there is no legal trustee too. This is what caused all the robo-signing in 2010, since they had no legal documents proving you owed them money. So they forged them so they could steal your home. The "government" stepped in and forced the banksters to stop that and refinance your loan, but did NOTHING to stop the fraudulent mortgages. In fact they made it easier for them to commit fraud. It is a complicated and deceptive scheme they created to do this, but if you gather the evidence for your home and know what the law is, you can prove the fraud and take your home away from them.

Since there is no one who can say they legally own your mortgage loan, they owe you all the money you've paid on your home, plus damages. And that means your home is free and clear since there was never a legal lien on your home.

This is what I want for all Americans. Take back the American dream that's being stolen from us. This will bankrupt the banksters, the Fed, the "government" and the economy, but stop the theft and put "the People" back in control. We either stop these crooks now, or they will continue and repeat it until they own everything. They are even re-inflating the home prices again so they can steal that way again too. So there is no other option. We put our foot down now, and put it down on their necks.
