No, no, I am definitely not looking to be rescued! I am committed to solving my own problems.

About EFT: I have been watching tutorials about different approaches, on Youtube, and I am not sure where to start. I would appreciate any advice you have about EFT, and I would also appreciate anything you can share about how you used it successfully.

I am very interested in any method of 'deprogramming' and 'reprogramming' myself, aside from EFT. All advice and ideas are appreciated.
