Your persistence will serve you right. Glad to hear that you are nearing your goal of 14 days.

I too watch a lot of food shows during my fasts. All fasts are different, having done so many, I can tell you every one fast for me was different.

Yes, I have never reached to a state of true hunger, but I want to experience that once.

You will gain weight back at the same rate if you eat as per hunger. You can expect one pound a day weight gain. Start very low and build slow when you re-feed.

Dr. Shelton had one case who had true hunger returned in 3 days, must be a very healthy person.

Do you have a renal scan/sonogram scheduled right away after your fast?

If the cyst did not change much do not be disappointed, it is work in progress, so to speak.
