I made a thread attempting a method, I let no food/water/showers/toothpaste touch my lips WHATSOEVER, I applied tons and tons and tons of vaseline and spent about 3-5 days doing this. I didn't leave the house at all.

I ended up applying some vaseline to my lips, closed them and when I opened my mouth my lips were to sticky they just peeled off all the skin.......didn't work.

Maybe I will try exfoliating them but I don't see how you got this to work while showering and brushing your teeth at the same time.
