It's important to cycle on and off nootropics like piracetam, choline, etc..

It's like working a muscle, don't want to burn out the brain. I took them for many months and cycled off for many months, it helps me see baseline improvements, and what if anything is working. It helps a lot, but again you reach new levels of thinking and need to take time there so you don't work yourself up and forget whats really important in life.

That movie with brandley cooper makes it out to be just being productive and getting rich as an evil genius, but use those powers for good and not evil.

Iodine in lugol,iodoral also is a good one as well.
