Thanks for the reply. I will give it a go :) I wash my face with only cold water , never in the shower. apply cider vinegar help a lot on my face well nose folds, the main issue at this moment in time is my beard, this is the most effected area , I will give your method a go. I'm guessing you have this or had it in the past,How survivor is your condition ? What seams to bring yours on? Thanks
