I'll try to help

1. Buy burt's bees soap bark & chamomile deep cleansing cream

2. Buy cetaphil eczema calming body moisturizer put it on after you use the cleanser.

3 Buy clotrimazole anti fungal cream and put it on the affected areas after the moisturizer.

4.Don't wash your face in the shower..do it in front of the sink and use your finger tips.
