So it's 5 months since my post with the clear picture. Now the first spot reappeared on my face- i'll post a pic later on. It's not big, a 1cm diameter circle next to my nose. I quickly put Triderm cream on it in order to dismiss it and it's back to square one for me.

Still, the question remains: what triggered it. And there are some solid answers:
- i restarted drinking coffee - not on a daily basis but about 3-4/week
- i started drinking alcohol more regularly, about a small glass of wine/campari daily
- i forgot almost all the rules about my diet discipline:( and abused sweets

What I still did was sport, but that's about it.
I'll go back to mu original rules and see whether it reappears on my face or it goes away.

I'll let you know.

PS: this is also a good agenda for me, like a journal:)
