Really??

1 - Take a dump
2 - Go outside and find the biggest earthworm you can put
your hands on.
3 - Spray paint earthworm off white
4 - Deposit earthworm with aforementioned dump
5 - For extra drama, add some red food coloring .
6 - Take photo.
7 - Immediately prior to Dr appointment spray your own
underwear with Liquid Ass, complain about the godawful
stench you've been leaking since this (whip out the photo)
8 - Get a plethora of meds while managing to confuse a dork
Doc and make his office smell like Satan himself loosened
his bowels upon it. :-)
