Just two more things I wanted to mention. Natures Secret Respiratory Cleanse got rid of tons of ropes! On top of my rashes my ears were always itchy and I always had irritated nostrils so something must be affecting my sinuses. Two, I try to drink at least one glass of apple juice every day. I know a lot of people don't support any type of Sugar but for me, the biggest ropeworms come out when I combine a cleanse with apple juice. Hang in there, as your health improves, there is less and less room for argument. It will become obvious...your weight will regulate, you'll have more energy, you'll be happier and no one can argue with that!
