It is E. sectoralis, not S. sectoralis. It is a winged anthropod from Mexico.

Do you have an infestation in/on your skin?

You might try albendazole which is helpful with mites (also a skin infecting anthropod). A dermatologist could also prescribe you creams to apply to your skin. You could also try scabies medicines.
