I am SO relieved I'm not the only one! I have been experiencing visual auras (migraine without the physical headache) often for the last year but speratically for the past 10 years. My L4 L5 S1 hernias and Degeneretive disc disease was diagnosed late last year after tingling down my leg. Now, without fail, every time I do my back exercises by arching my back, I get a visual aura..
