For past few years, I have been getting gout attacks and have been trying all types of home remedies. Some really work well, i.e. Tart cherry concentrate, apples, nettles tea, turmeric, etc.

I am 62 year old male, a vegan and still very active. This time I have had two attacks in last 40 days. I have narrowed down a few foods that I am unable to eat such as tomatoes, radish, I think kefir soda (not sure).

My question is I have done one Liver Flush and planning another one this weekend. Should I do Dr. Schulze 's kidney cleanse? Are there in dangers in doing the cleanse?

Are there any other things I can do?
