I am 128 pounds and im 5'10" so im relatively skinny. How long do you think I can fast for? i broke a 35 day fast 2 months ago and i havent gained any weight since then. I am suffering from something very serious my brain is very pressured and my heart. I think I damaged myself from refeeding too fast. Please respond
