most people eating that way are digging their own graves one bite at a time, open your eyes.

I agree and i think that "dense sticky starch" is part of the problem.

I have loads of energy and feel great with my diet of fruits and veg.
And if you have been eating this way during a long time, i bet that you have little muscle mass and little strength. (i know that strength is not only about muscle mass but it is partly affected by that...)

Meat is cooked and dead, it is dead rotting flesh, eating that makes most people sick as hell, it's no mystery.
No. Reality shows the contrary, some people eat mammals/birds/fishes/insects all their lives and they have no major health problems and they live to a old age.
When you digest food, in a way you cook it and destroy it... From my experiences, a food is beneficial or harmful depending on its composition (nutrients) and depending on how easy it can be digested, absorbed and eliminated. Some plants foods are more difficult to digest than meat and leave more residues... (even if you don't like that because you are apparently part of the HCRV group)

It's common sense.
Common sense is sometimes false, or based on nothing, for example the billions of people who worship god(s).

Eat live plants and you'll feel better, there, that's the mystery of health revealed in the fewest words possible.
Partly true, partly false, some plants parts are beneficial, easy to digest, nutritious, some plant parts are harmful, hard to digest, poisonous, demineralizing.

Live long and prosper, peace.

I wish you the best too ;)
