You are going to figure this out. I think you are kind of over board on the germ phobia and touching meat. Just wash up with soap and water. No big deal.

I can get you a hair analysis if you ever want one. Will have to send you a kit for collecting a sample. I started out with 17 chronic symptoms. 18 months later I was down to 6. It works to correct mineral deficiencies.

Enzymes are very important if you cook most everything and/or your liver isn't functioning well.
