Great plastic surgeons knows how much to narrow the nose, without compromising the structure.
If the nose is narrowed too much the structure collapses and you have breathing issues, and infections, and number of other symptoms.


My friend she is absolutely beautiful, a perfect nose Why she had rhinoplasty I still don't get it? She had it done outside the country while on vacation.

A year later she had a nasal collapse it was serious, she could not breath through her nose at all. She saw the very best in world who is in Beverly Hills. He did several sorts of tests, that took about a week to get them all done. She had surgery he fixed her issue and there were three surgeons involved. Sorry, I digress one doctor grafted the cartilage from the rib, the other surgeon put the cartilage on the bridge and positioned to for the best structural integrity another surgeon stitched the cartilage into place! Top notch care and no bruises. She had some hyperbaric chamber pre and post op I did not even bother asking her the cost for it I can only imagine!
