I really notice a difference (for the worse) on the days I don't do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (I do the lax tea once or twice for variation) so as Pepe wrote, that might make a difference in how you feel.

And the gray celtic Sea Salt (or Redmond's Real Salt, which is what I use) makes SUCH a difference, it can't be described.
