Hey you are in good company. This is the Master-Cleanse "whine" forum. The whine part is silent. You know like a read between the lines thing.........;+D

All the things you are going through are actually good since it means you're detoxing. I know that you have been around this forum long enough to have read countless stories of "detox" symptoms.

You're eliminating the one thing that could make things better which is the SWF. I simply don't see what all the whining is about the SWF. First as has been discussed >ad nauseum< in this forum is to get the grey Celtic Sea Salt as it makes a >HUGE< difference in palatability and the way it goes down. For me I just don't breathe through my nose and take a big breath and guzzle the whole quart in one or 2 fast rounds and I hardly taste it at all but then again is just a little "salty water" and it's over in 10 seconds.

While Mr. B is dead set against them the other solution you have is to do an enema. There are many accounts in this forum of folks doing enemas and getting instant relief from detox symptoms.
