You did not cause this. You are not God. You may have contributed to the problem, but that is a different issue. And most likely, in the beginning, you didn't have any choice but to contribute to it, because you were not educated and aware of what you were doing that was a contribution until the negative feedback loop of food addiction was already established. Food addiction cycles are some of the hardest to conquer, probably even harder than writing. A writing habit is nigh impossible to break. The best you can do is channel it into a book and make sure the editing in impeccable. As I write this, I have not yet succeeded.
If you were already 350 pounds by the time you were a teenager, I don't see how you could have possibly had a healthy childhood. At 60, thirty year old people seem like babies to me. Is this 'time of great health' that you want to regain, some memory of a brief period of time in your early childhood, a fantasy, a past life experience, future life experience, or something else? I like to think the human race keeps evolving to get better and better. If so, then nostalgia for the past is counter-evolutionary.
Are you saying that something happened when you were a child and you suddenly decided to start gaining weight? If so, what was it? When and why did it happen? How did you accomplish the weight gain? Did you plan to, or were you comforting yourself? I suspect you can feel organ readjustment and your muscles could be leaching calcium from the bones, or something like that. But the real problem is at a cellular level. But that is just a guess. If so, then I would focus on blood cleansing, and rule it out by trial and error if not.
Scattering happens. It's a good thing. Stagnation is decay.
If it moves, you can move it out of the body. But do you really want to? You may have to really want to do that at any cost. I heard a voice say, "Look out! They are going to try to take you out with them!" I was afraid I was about to accidentally over dose my worms and they would take my soul with them when they left my body, and I didn't want to go. So I lowered the dose. I have done this three times. It has been years and I am trying to psych myself up to do it again. Some say it is not a good idea to kill the snake. You have to make friends with it. For now I am trying to tame and train it. That is all I know.
Could you be confusing things like the peristaltic action of your own intestines, for parasites? Intestines are alive and moving, conjoined, perfectly ying/yang balanced. It's not a good idea to be stapling them. But some people get excellent results by doing so. Take what I say with a grain of salt peter and make your own decisions. One man's cure is another man's poison. Only you can know what it best for you. Every movement you feel is a source of communication. Think of it as a code that you have to decipher.
When you speak of the "health you once had" I feel confused. Could you please describe the healthy state as you can remember it? How old were you? Height and weight? Describe your diet. Type of exercise? How much sleep did you get? Who did you love? Who loved you?
