With your symptoms I would look into metal poisoning. The numbness, insomnia and ringing in the ears are mercury and other metal symptoms. Everybody has heavy metals but when your having health issues the first thing ppl typically do is lower the metal burden to help the body recover. Your issues could be caused by metals and is being aggravated by something your breathing in at your new place(mold?)

Eating fish while sick isn't the thing to do either trust me. I've been chelating mercury from my high fish diet I used to have and I'm feeling alot better now that its moving out.

heavy metals cause all the symptoms you wrote especially candida and sinus issues.

Also make sure your getting exercise because you could also have a backed up lymph system too that can make sinus issue a pain.
