Yes, biotin lowers your blood Sugar after eating to stop candida from pulling it from the blood. It also stops candida from forming into the fungal form.

I don't really know of "no filler" biotin though, but believe me candida is much more toxic.

I take more than 10000 mcgs on a bad day.
