Hi Sersh,
I'm no doctor but I do have a diagnosed lactose intolerance (measured by elevated hydrogen exhalation after lactose ingestion) and I break out in hives if I consume pasteurised dairy other than butter or ghee. Molkosan has not caused any inflammation or other irritating issues for me. It is mild but I felt it had a positive effect on my condition. I discontinued use at the time, several years ago, after one bottle as I had no positive diagnoses to know what I was doing/how to treat my condition at that time. I'm starting on Molkosan again now.
