Some of your symptoms perfectly define the source of all of your problems.

* Excessive Sweating
* Sensitivity to hot and cold

We need to look no further. You have all the classic symptoms of SEVERE Iodine deficiency. I'm surprised that you don't also have fibrocystic breast disease.

Since you are suffering nodules, it is VERY IMPORTANT to take Selenium supplements for several weeks before starting iodine to reduce your thyroid anti-bodies. Then start iodine in a low dose and titrate up slowly. For additional help on nodules & Hashi, see this link:
