I have heard of "Attitude of Graditude". Not exactly sure the meaning of that, but must be close to what I strive to do.

Happiness for me is trying to enjoy whatever I happen to be doing at any given time. And try to find something good in each situation or person.
All this goes back to how I focus my attention.
