just by looking at the photo ( I cant be sure without a microscope) I would say it is tapeworm.

We have had a lot of experience in our home with this. You need Praziquatel, do not mess around with anything else. It should clear up in a couple of treatments. most of the other drugs and non-RX therapies will just make the Tapeworm shed segments, it wont kill the head.
