Thanks for the reply, where do you get Para Gone please? I totally understand what you are saying, I too just want them gone. I don't find pumpkin seeds that effective, but have found I seem to pass the most 'stuff' after eating garlic, or a lot of coconut products. Do you use coconut oil at all? I think it helps, and am sure the garlic does. What is a liver fluke? And have you passed small worms like these too? I have also passed large white pieces (like garlic cloves - I don't eat them whole!) as well as grains of rice. Did you get rid of a whole tapeworm?

I tried probiotics before but they made me worse, maybe I will try again. My homeopath has been amazing and says she will make me a medicine to get rid of them, but guess I feel that I would also like to know medically that I am ok, but after reading on here it does not seem like many people have had much success following the conventional route. I take it you are in the UK also?
