I am going through something similar to you and new to this as well. After years of thinking I had IBS and dairy intolerance, I saw a homeopath who suspected parasites. I too have been very tired, bloated, and had stomach pain. My GP does not know anything about parasites, so I decided to take my health into my own hands and be proactive. I bought ParaGone and within one day, I had passed a tape worm. I also have those red bits like you have in your photo. After much research, they seem to be liver flukes. I would recommend getting Para Gone as it really has helped me feel better immediately. Within one day I felt my energy coming back, and my stomach pain had significantly subsided. I am also taking probiotics, fibre supplements and now pumpkin seeds. I am trying anything that I can to get these worms out.
