@Elisa : Hm, interesting. I will read more about this! The more scientific details, the better!

@twll : Again, interesting, and this requires further investigation. Psyllium caused me misery, but it could have been the clay too. I feel much better having vegetable fiber in my diet (broccoli), but I never did get along with "bran".
