I had half my thyroid removed over a decade ago - this was the only 'treatment' doctors offered me at the time for painful chronic thyroiditis and a large multinodular goitre...

After several years of treatment on iodine... I now have no symptoms at all and have kept the remaining thryoid tissue healthy.

You can heal and be symptom free and healthy. There is nothing stopping you.
