Okay, Just a final update. I finished off 50 days. I lost just a ton of weight. I feel pretty good. I was really weak at the end. My running times are coming back after only starting to go back into food for around 2 days.

I feel better than I did on the cleanse. Everything went south around day 36 and no one gave me advice. So, you guys are awful. Thanks.

Anyways, I am done and I will never come back to this place again.
