I have very limited time, therefor I would refer to my previous msg anytime someone starts similar conversation. A lot of info- here can be repetitive and it all falls back as a work load to ardent supporters like Archus.
I find it also disappointing that many check in here only when they need it, and then getting good results disappear never to share their health benefits from a fast. There are exceptions, of course, but they come rather to confirm the rule.
Thank you to all that are sharing and giving back what they got from this amazing forum.
