Hi there,

I believe I ate some food that night, but not supplement for sure because I remembered that I had stopped taking every supplement about 5 days before the movement happened.

If at all, i got mysterious back pain as well, which I didn't think it has anything to do with bowel movement. However, after I had the movement, this back pain went away.

You said I need more magnesium?
