Loud rumbling in my upper stomach followed by 2-3 consecutive bowel movements. No pain though. What is it?

Also, after the last bowel movement. I felt like my face looked a bit younger, I mean seriously. Also, my skin and hair looked healthier and well-hydrated. But after 3-4 days, I went back to my average look again.

Can be any disease?

I suspect some kind of stomach bacteria, or even malabsorption.
