Is seltzer/club soda okay to have on the Candida diet? I'm assuming it is. What other things can I drink for my upcomg 21st birthday since alcohol is illegal on the Candida diet?

I'm an otherwise healthy 20 year old college girl. No other issues but a vaginal yeast issue. I have been on the Candida diet for a few months now, lost 12-13 lbs & feel better now, but yeast isn't TOTALLY gone (I know what you're thinking with a ''few months'' but I've made some reading package ingredients mistakes a couple of times along the way and I got a stomach flu and HAD to cheat for a couple of days...)

I'm turning 21 in January so I am wondering what I can have at a bar if and when I go (I at least partially intend on going to a lesbian bar for my birthday with a few friends.)

Figured I'd just ask for a seltzer/club soda when I get to the bar so it would look like I am at least drinking SOMETHING, but is this the right thing to do or should I just go to a restaurant with my family for my 21st and not make it a big deal, which I wouldn't mind either?
