Hello I sprayed magnesium oil on my head and it helped with my headache. It also helps with back pain, so that was the logic behind that. I also take natural anti-inflammatory supplements for headache instead of drugs like ibuprofen or aceptomenphen. Curcumin and fish oil to name a couple..

I also would mention L citrulline, as it opens the vessels with nitric oxide which helps my headaches. I used it because I saw that it opens vessels up all over the body with nitric oxide. Secondly ginkgo biloba helps too, it thins the blood which helped me as well. I think the problem behind my headaches are either thick blood or inflammation.
