I don't have a super horrible issue with absorbing nutrients, but I do get gas after I eat certain foods. And within the fast food months, I've learned that aging bodies (mine) produce less of the essential enzymes that flood our bodies while we are young. I have that feeling of bloat after I eat. And so I've decided to try quite a few enzymes to help aid with my bloating. Which digestive enzymes have you guys tried that worked for you? Any suggestions?
