Hey brother, good for you. Trying it is the best option right now: it won't kill you, even if it doesn't work. But remember, dillan94's seeing results, so hopefully you will too.

If it makes it easier for you, apply the aquaphor over the scabs--when they're nice and soft, slough them off with a napkin. Then apply the aquaphor and make sure to keep your lips drowning in it. If you do this, they should not be yellow--just shiny. And your scabs should not grow--if they grow, you didn't apply it correctly, or you missed a spot or two. Apply it on the outside of your lip AND on the inside, where you should see little scars from where the scabs sprout.

As for the burning, yes, for the first fourish days my lips were burning...but not from rawness, if that's what you're asking. No, they were burning because they were swollen. After the fifth day, they went back to a normal size and became very elastic; I was able to stretch my mouth like I hadn't been able to in a long, long time.

Good luck, and please give us updates, and please take pictures. I know I'm very shitty at that, and I'm sorry...but this thing DOES work, and that's all you really need to know.
