Round worms are tough. I have thrown everything at them for a year. I have killed hundreds. Made them explode, vibrate, burn up, get sick and make me sick, just burn, etc.

The battle of a life time.

I am down to the last few, that just ooze a little. When it is over, the memory will just last. It is hand to hand combat with your mortal enemy. There are just a few friends, Zinc Sulfate, Selenium, Magnesium Sulfate, Piperazine, Invermectin, Albendazole. I have taken several hundred albendazole. Drank 20+ bottles or more of piperazine, so much to get to this point I cannot believe it.

I deeply understand your looking into the future and wondering why.

I cannot answer that, I can simply say that it is possible to kill them and move on.

It is not easy, doing it makes you so alone, even when you are with other people your struggle is done alone. You can do it, and you can move on. Do it before you get the shakes, or loose your memory, or a hundred other things, just do it. Do it and move on.

So if they gave you a fungal infection you have to deal with that first. Killing the fungal infection I did using caprillic acid.
Eat bananas and chew garlic leave under tounge.

Here is the wrap up formula I used for fungus after caprillic acid, basically these are "super strong versions of vitamin A, C, D, etc, fat vitamins", with magnolia.

1/15/2014:

Restore the Immune System:

After the immune system no longer responds to fungal invasion, the immune system collapses, Antibiotic kills of bacteria only serve to strengthen fungal invaders. Eventually, the imbalance can cause "leaky gut syndrome", in which the pores of the intestine become enlarged and harmful particles can pass through the intestine into the bloodstream.
Antibiotics , antihistamines and corticosteroids can suppress CD4+ type 1 interferon depressing Interluken 17 (“the antifungal defense system”). Antibiotics including penicillins, broad-spectrum penicillins like Ampicillin, cephalosporins like Keflex, metronidazoles like Flagyl, and fluoroquinolones like Cipro, Levaquin, Floxin, Tequin . Vancomycin.
Doxycycline destroys TLR4 Interlukin -17 fungal response immune system pathways. PREDNISONE Flonase and other steroid substances have also been shown to depress our immune system fungal protection systems up to and beyond 80%. IV Antibiotics , or a month long course of antibiotics get the yeast spores growing into fungal trees which start to grow roots into our tissue. Once the roots reach the blood stream, phase 3 fungal infection starts. Certain Staph B infections have been shown to mutate yeast into fungal monsters.

CYP Oxygen
Once it hyphenates it grows roots, when the roots grow to the blood stream it spreads to organs. It has a hard shell. Oxidatative stress on CYP450 3A2 3A4 causes your body and fungus to create a DNA base pair error in the genes, which switch fungus and cells in your body to mutant forms. Oxygen pathways are attenuated. Sulfer and Selenium stores are depleated. MSM fixes this. The body cells switch to Sugar consumption, precancerous. DMSO fixes this. Yeast screws up heavy metals both stored hazardous, good and essential copper, and zinc. Enzymes fall, PH falls, and you get very sick.

The 4 horsemen

Magnolia bark neo-ligand binds to site PPARγ that mytotoxin grabs, preventing immune system alteration. Plant lectins that can bind to sialylated glycans are from the leguminous tree Maackia amurensis. Although these lectins are discussed here, they do not show a “classical” R-type domain but instead have an L-type lectin domain. The cysteine-rich R-type domain of the MR binds other sulfated glycans and also N-glycans on pituitary glycoprotein hormones containing 4-SO4-GalNAcβ1–4GlcNAcβ1–2Manα1-R.nutraceutics that are reported to be able to modulate PPAR-γ expression or action.

There are other R-type plant lectins in the RIP-II class that are not toxic, and these include several proteins from the genus Sambucus (elderberry), such as nigrin-b, sieboldin-b, ebulin-f, and ebulin-r. All of the B subunits of these proteins appear to bind Gal/GalNAc, but they may have some differences in affinity and may recognize different Gal/GalNAc-containing glycoconjugates. Cell lines selected for resistance to killing by modeccin are not resistant to abrin and ricin, and vice versa. The glycan-binding specificity of these lectins should be explored more fully in the future using glycan microarrays and related screening approaches.

Isoflavone intake is altering lipid metabolism in a manner consistent with activation of PPAR-γ and also via a PPAR-γ-independent mechanism [124], possibly mediated by PPAR-γ activation, and that could in turn be employed as complementary treatment for obesity-related disorders and inflammatory diseases, reducing the side effects exhibited by commonly used pharmacological drugs.

· macrophages present a M2b polarization (TNF-αhigh, IL-10high, MR, Dectin-1).
· rosiglitazone induces a phenotypic M2b-to-M2a (TNF-αlow, IL-10low, MRhigh, Dectin-1high)
· upregulating PPARγ ligands promote mucosal defence mechanisms against GI candidiasis
· peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) activation of mouse peritoneal macrophages by IL-13 or PPARγ ligands promotes uptake and killing of Candida albicans through mannose receptor overexpression
· MR may modulate macrophage functions, including respiratory burst (6) and synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6, and GM-CSF (7) to increase their microbicidal capacity. Previous studies have shown that MR expression can be positively modulated in vitro by many agents, in particular by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (8), prostaglandin E2 (9), IL-4, and IL-13 (10, 11).
· MR expression by IL-13 involved peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) activation via a PLA2 signaling pathway (6). In the same study, an unanticipated antimicrobial action of PPARγ resulted from of cross-talk between PPARγ and macrophage MR expression through which PPARγ contributes to increased recognition and phagocytosis of unopsonized C. albicans. the role of PPARγ in the regulation of adipogenesis (15), lipid homeostasis, and monocyte gene expression and differentiation (16) is relatively well-established.
· Swietenia mahagony extract shows agonistic activity to PPARγ
Neolignans from Magnolia officinalis. The term neolignan was defined by Gottlieb in 1978 [161] as including the lignans and also related compounds in which the two C6C3 units are joined by other bonds (e.g., 3-3_ instead of 8-8_). In a review of natural resins, Haworth [162] proposed that the class of compounds derived from twoC6C3 β,β_-linked units should be called lignans (his original spelling was lignane, but the “e” was deleted in subsequent publications). Recently, in a computer-assisted search for PPAR-γ agonists by three-dimensional (3D) structure homology, some neolignans emerge as strong candidates.
Two of these, dieugenol and tetrahydrodieugenol, can be isolated from Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. bark with the use of different chromatographic methods [163].
These naturally derived compounds act as partial PPAR-γ agonists; both exhibited higher affinity for PPAR-γ than for the clinically used agonist pioglitazone (Actos) and were identified as selective activators of PPAR-γ, but not of PPAR-α or of PPAR-β/δ. In addition, these compounds induced adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells in a PPAR-γ-dependent manner. The activation pattern exhibited from 1 and 2 renders them highly interesting, novel PPAR-γ agonists that have the potential to be explored further which may lead to the development of novel pharmaceuticals.

The Combination
A combination of PPAR-γ ligands with a retinoid X receptor agonist (i.e., LG100268) or a retinoic acid receptor agonist (i.e., all trans-retinoic acid) enhanced differentiating and growth-inhibitory effects. 2-Cyano-3,12-dioxooleana-1,9-dien-28-oic acid induced differentiation and apoptosis with much greater potency than the other PPAR-γ ligands in established cell lines and primary chronic lymphocytic leukemia samples.

Rose hip seeds grabs Vitamin D3 ( Primary Disease adaptogen 3T3 receptor, preventing white blood cells from inhibiting learned immune response T helper cells- invader infection signals.
· Immune system is no longer controlled by mytotoxin. Rosehip seed is an excellent source of topical trans-retinoic acid (vitamin A) in a natural form. Retinoic acid, found in Tretinoin, also called Retinol (Vitamin A), is a topical application for treating a variety of skin disorders which has been well researched and recognized for almost 30 years. Synthetic Tretinoin is a very strong substance and must be applied under medical supervision with possible undesirable side effects. Rosehip Seed Oil, however, produces all the benefits of Tretinoin, but without the undesirable effects since it is in a natural state as part of a complex system of unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, its action is controlled and slowly released by nature, eliminating the rash of overdoses."

Steroid receptor superfamily has identified certain members as molecular targets for cancer therapy (1). They include estrogen receptors, retinoic acid receptors, retinoid X receptors (RXR; the RXR-specific ligands are termed “rexinoids”), and the vitamin D receptor (the vitamin D–specific ligands are termed “deltanoids”). These nuclear receptors are putative cancer therapy targets because they function as transcription factors that control the expression of many genes related to cell differentiation (1, 2). The strongest evidence for the therapeutic potential of this approach comes from the efficacy of retinoic acid receptor a activation in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (3). Over 90% of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia achieve complete remission following treatment with the naturally occurring retinoid all trans-retinoic acid (ATRA; ref. 4).
· However, after 60 min of interaction between non-opsonized C.albicans and macrophages in vitro, we showed that Dectin-1 is sufficient to trigger the phagocytosis of non-opsonized C.albicans and respiratory burst after challenge with the yeast.
Once activated by their ligands, the PPARs translocate into the nucleus, form heterodimers with the retinoid X receptor (RXR), and subsequently bind to PPAR response elements (PPREs) that are located in the promoter regions of PPAR-responsive target genes (Bardot et al., 1993). Binding of the PPAR-RXR heterodimers to the PPREs triggers further recruitment of diverse nuclear receptor coactivators (SRC-1, TRAP220, cAMP response element-binding binding protein, p300, PGS-1, and/or others), contributing to the transcriptional regulation of the target genes (Yu and Reddy, 2007).

Aim: To search the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor ã (PPARã) agonists from Swietenia mahagony extract (SmE) and observe the possible ameliorative effects of SmE on diabetic db/db mice. Methods: The PPARã agonistic activity of SmE was screened by yeast-two hybrid system. The blood glucose levels of diabetic db/db mice were measured using a blood glucose level monitor and the data were statistically analyzed by NDST8.8W software.

Results: By using the clinical drug rosiglitazone as a positive control, it was found that the PPARã agonistic activity of SmE at a concentration of 50 μg/L was approximately half that of 35.7 μg/L (0.1 μmol/L) of rosiglitazone. At the dose of 1000 mg/kg, SmE remarkably decreased the blood glucose concentration of db/db mice from (15.26±2.98) to (7.58±2.20) mmol/L, and reduced the blood glucose levels by 55.49% compared with the control group (P<0.01).

Conclusion: SmE shows agonistic activity to PPARã and can ameliorate the blood glucose levels of diabetic db/db mice. SmE may be thus used as a potential agent.

Garlic lectin (GL). Oral administration of these lectins resulted in an enhanced hematopoietic stem progenitor cell pool of mice [130]. In addition, both lectins, BL and GL, exert an adipogenic effect on these mesenchymal cells and significantly upregulate PPAR-γ2 expression [129], an effect comparable to that mediated by insulin.

DMSO
According to the Encyclopedia of Medical Breakthroughs and Forbidden Treatments (published by Medical Research Associates LLC) DMSO was known as a medical wonder product, "the aspirin of the 21st century," before briefly falling out of favor with the FDA—which ultimately approved it, but limited its treatment usage. We use only the purest, vacuum-distilled pharmaceutical grade DMSO. DMSO has a molecular bond with water that is 1.3 times stronger than water's molecular bond with itself. Because of it, this unique solvent substitutes for water as it moves through the cell membranes; pulling substances through cells that ordinarily would not penetrate them. Some believe its basic therapeutic principle is its ability to alter and restore damaged cells by hydrating them, changing their water structure, and increasing cellular permeability—which allows cells to nourish themselves and dispose of wastes more easily.
DMSO, being a carrier solvent and also a chelating agent, (helping cells to rid themselves of waste, by making the cell membrane more porous) can boost the effectiveness of whatever else is given in combination with it.

3.4. Curcumin, the Indian Spice Turmeric (Zingiberaceae).Curcumin is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, active principal ingredient of the curry spice, turmeric. The compound is marketed as a dietary supplement [140] and has attracted interest as a cancer-preventive agent [57]. It is well known that curcumin prevents the onset of inflammation by inhibiting the activation of nuclear factorkappa beta (NF-κB), the production of TNF-α, interferongamma (IFN-γ), and NO, and the gene expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) [141–143]. It acts by transrepressing NF-κB, activating protein-1, and the signal transducer and activator of transcription-1 [144–148]. Curcumin activates PPAR-γ in Moser cells, a human colon cancer cell line [145], and is able to suppress sepsis through PPAR-γ [146]. In addition, it increased PPAR and decreased iNOS gene expression in infected macrophages, as well as downregulated IFN-γ production by primed lymphocytes [147]. Curcumin action on PPAR could involve a curcumin-responsive element that resides in the PPAR-γ
gene regulatory region [148].
