Ok, Dr. Jeff, I'll follow your advice, the diet plan, and all of the instructions you have on your website. Since I don't have your book, I'm very grateful that you shared all the basic info there. I'm not sure why some of my staple foods that I mentioned earlier aren't allowed, but I'm going to assume you have a good reason for it. So, if I'm going to do this, I might as well do it the right way. I'm trying to see it as an adventure of sorts...a new journey. Your responses were very timely for me....thank you so much for that!
