Thank you so much for getting back to me, means a lot because I feel someone is reading my post. I have actually gone right into fasting mode .. So I am completing DAY 1. I will end the fast on October 30 or 31st. It's october 1st today.

I have good news about my blood sugar. It was 205 this morning but now it is back at 99 !!! During lunch break it was 144. I have VERY HEAVY stuff yesterday ( 2 BIG pieces of cake, 3 donuts and frettucini alfredo with 3 chicken legs LOLOLOL !!!) My roommate's cooked a lot for the birthday. I had a talk with him that I won't eat for any other occasion this month. I was actually doing very well when I broke the fast .. some of those stupid actions that make you mad at yourself lol. What I ate yesterday was so greasy, no wonder my blood Sugar was so high but it went down so quick because I am in the 99 normal range at the end of the first day and I remember when I started my fast 6 days ago before breaking it, it took 3 days for the blood Sugar to normalize again. I am very happy and encouraged.

I will post again on day 2 tomorrow. I am meditating too, it helps get your will power stronger and stronger. I should be fine.
