Hi riverswept, So I measured my Sugar during lunch break and it fell to 144. In the morning after breaking my fast it was 205. I lost weight but I have such a long way to go. I need to lose 64 more pounds. So today is my first day again due to what happened yesterday. So my fast will last till October 30. I can definitely do it because even yesterday i was not hungry at all. I just have to learn how to say no to invitations.

How are you doing today ? are you past hunger now ? My goal isn't just weight loss but true reversal of type 2 diabetes and hypertension then juicing for the whole month of november. I want to be brand new in terrific health in 2016.
