yes sun is waayyyyy better than pills. Phenomenal improvements in some really ill people I have seen, using sunlight in combination with appropriate nutrition, and deep breathing to saturate with oxygen and let the solar radiation do its thing - it is synergistic and if you leave any one of the key elements out, the healing process takes quite a bit longer.

so, get the real deal, it doesn't come in a pill.
