Can you translate please the recipe quantity below.
The 't' probably tea spoon.
The 'T' probably table spoon.
I think.
The vinegar by any chance is ACV?
I un-able to find the grinding instruction for the black seed.

The taste is awful but it works immediately. The blood circulation recipe is

1 cup of water
2 t. honey
1/2 t. cayenne
1 T vinegar

This was hopinso's recipe.

Make sure you heat the seeds before grinding. My instructions on the forum.
