D. Our bodies make about 1,000 International units per minute of full sun exposure. There are 40,000,000 international units of vit. D in one gram. I get the equivalent of about 150,000 units per week.

VIt A and E, I get from diet, I do not take any extra in the form of pills. So I really don't know how much I get of these I am assuming I am getting enough
