Thanks for a great post.
I am a 64 year old who has been focused on spiritual practice for most of my life, with the exception of being responsible for regulating ogasms. I have neuropathy, arthritis, bursitis, etc... Have also excessively used weights and yoga, which likely has affected my body, as well as drugs and alcohol earlier.
My focus now is to recover my health so that I can focus on celibate spiritual practice, so that I can recover, especially for meditative asana-
I've lost quite a bit of flexibility in the last year and a quarter.
