".... I also have frequent muscle aches.

== consider taking magnesium and maybe additional fluids and electrolytes.

"Can I take Iodine if I still have Amalgams in?

== Never heard of a problem.

== If HMs are involved and there are low thyroid symptoms, I'd add selenium before iodine.

"Also, is it ok to chelate from mercury if I am copper toxic?

== Is bile flow okay? I think it is okay to use DMPS and DMSA, but ALA is associated with modest retention of Cu.

"still have quite a few Amalgam fillings in.

"The reason I'm certain is mercury is the mental symptoms. I have this anger I can't control, no matter how much I meditate. I can't let things go. I am always in my head. I am very emotionally unstable and I hate it. I don't think adrenal fatigue by itself is causing this.

== There are so many things that can be done but the problem is that so many different systems can be involved. For example imbalances in the gut can result in some of the "brain" symptoms. It is complex but quite rewarding as you chip away at it. Some people need special diets--low gluten, SCD, etc.
