Have you tried turmeric powder? It is one of the best anti-inflammatory, Antibiotic and antioxidant. As long as you have taken the meds before during the fast and one day will not harm.

Fast makes you feel better so that is a good thing. Fasting does help with arthritis. Glad that you eat plant based foods.

Do you take vitamin D3? that also is a great help with arthritis.

Also have done any Liver Flushes great for psoriasis.
